Allied Telesyn is a finalist in the Westpac New Zealand Hi-Tech Excellence Awards 2002.

Allied Telesyn is a world leader in network technologies. Since its inception in 1987 the company has been developing IP based network product for use in video, voice and data networks, in education, government agencies, and across the enterprises.

Cisco and 3Com were first and second in the market with 34% and 17.8% respectively in 2001.
