New research and development campus opening today in Christchurch, NZ with first building to house 100 Allied Telesyn engineers and support staff now, second building to double capacity

The first of two facilities planned on the new Christchurch campus, officially opened today by deputy Prime Minister of New Zealand, Hon. Jim Anderton and Allied Telesyn Research Ltd. General Manager, Geoff Peck, will house 100 engineers and support staff. Construction is set to begin soon on a second larger building that will open on the Allied Telesyn Christchurch R&D campus in Q3 2001.
